There are so many storms around us all over the world... For me, the only way to not be paralyzed by the shock and desperation is to advocate for those ideals Jesus modeled – feeding, healing, showing compassion, praying, suffering, and challenging leaders to make difficult decisions.

As a people whose faith calls us to seek the well-being of our neighbor, we have an opportunity to encourage our government officials to enhance existing programs so that more mothers and children can survive.
Take Action to Prevent Maternal and Newborn Deaths
And together we can fulfill the command of Jesus, who told his disciples to go to all the world to tell about the new life we have in Jesus.

Calling on world leaders to protect God’s creation
Advent begins on November 29 this year. In addition to our regular weekend worship schedule on Saturdays and Sundays, during the season of Advent, we also offer Holden Evening Prayer services on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm. Come early, before worship, to share meals with our guests from Operation Warm Heart, starting at 6:00 pm.
